LEAGUE TEAMS

We offer traditional and green screen services for our League and Club teams. Leagues and Clubs have the option to purchase photos for each player for the entire program for a discounted rate. Please contact us for more information. Please note that if leagues and clubs over 300 players do purchase photos for all players the packages offered to parents is also reduced.

Interested in club or travel team photos? You came to the right place!

Does your club or travel team need headshots for your website? We can provide individual headshots for each of your players. Make the best introduction and first impression of your players to college scouts, social media contact, or whoever your target market may be. By choosing a professional headshot for your players, you’re investing in your team by establishing a consistent look for your club and a polished representation of each member.

We offer two options for our teams, if you are interested in doing team photos for multiple teams (such as a volleyball club) please contact me and we can discuss details:

First Option:

Session fee is $250 (up to 14 players, additional $20 per player) and includes the following to be used for your team’s website:

• Digital image of each player on a white background for social media use only

• Team photo for social media use only using a clean white background with the Team logo

Additionally, each player will be photographed from just below the knee in multiple poses and parents and family are offered a variety of picture packages and items to purchase.

SECOND Option:

No Session fee, however all players must purchase a minimum of $25 per player. If the minimum is met, the team will receive the following for their team’s website:

• Digital image of each player on a white background for social media use only

• Team Banner (4ft x 8ft banner) is available for an additional $250

Club team session information (In our Murrieta studio):

• Each player will be photographed individually which will take approximately 2-5 minutes depending on the sport. Typically we will use green screen, however a traditional background is available with a variety of options (dark grey, light grey, blue, brown)

• Appointments are required and we will discuss with the contact person of the team, dates that they would like to do their session. If they are not able to come on the dates/times that are available, please contact our office at info@kristijophotography.com

• If you choose the first option, payment is required to book the session. If you choose the second option, parents are required to purchase a minimum of $25 per player via the online gallery when they receive it.

• If you have players that join the team late or leave the team, the team photo can be edited for an additional fee.

Tips to prepare for an outstanding session:

• Your jersey/uniform should be clean and not wrinkled

• Teams most commonly all wear the same uniforms. We have had some teams wear a variety though. displaying all the uniforms in one image can be cool. It is important to make the decision on who will wear which uniforms prior to the session and should be discussed with us prior to the prepare for proper balance in the final image. Belts, shin guards, cleats, tucked in shirts, if one wears, all should wear.

• Bring your own equipment for your individual photos (i.e. baseball, bat, glove, helmet, football pads, etc) We do provide a football, volleyball, water polo ball, softball, and baseball, however if you want to bring your ball that would be great!

• Avoid unnecessary accessories (i.e. large earrings)

• Girls should wear their hair down for these sessions. Pulling the hair back, will cause the girls to look bald. Headbands are welcome.

• We love it when teams bring some personality to their sessions with accessories, such as eye black, glitter, bandanas, headbands, bows, etc. However, I would suggest doing the eye black and glitter after the first couple of poses so you can choose. It is fun to show a little personality even in team photos. Please make sure the decisions on what to wear are made prior to the session and let us know.

• Tanning: Spray tanning right before a photo shoot is not advisable as it may photograph as orange and/or be blotchy.
